My name is Joshua Yeary, and I’m proud to call Eastern Kentucky home. I’m a father of two amazing kids, Leah and Michael, and when I’m not spending time with them, you can almost always find me on the water. Fishing has been a passion of mine for over 15 years, and it’s become more than just a hobby — it’s a way of life.

That passion led me to create Canetucky Bait Co., a brand built from the ground up right here in Kentucky. What started in a small garage with a few molds and a love for bass fishing has grown into a full line of hand-poured soft plastics trusted by anglers across the region.

Every bait we make — from Cane Sticks to Cumberland Crawls — is poured, tested, and perfected with the same attention to detail I bring to every fishing trip. I believe in creating baits that not only look good, but perform — because around here, “Baits Built to Get Bit” isn’t just a slogan, it’s a promise.
